Dr. Munir is a compassionate and skilled interventional psychiatrist who integrates mindfulness and thoughtful care into every aspect of his practice. With advanced training and a deep commitment to whole-person care, Dr. Munir provides expert psychiatric treatment across all stages of life.

He completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Michigan, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Child & Family Psychiatry at Brown University in Rhode Island.

Dr. Munir proudly served as President of the Indiana Psychiatric Society, the official state chapter of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). His leadership reflects a deep commitment to both clinical excellence and community impact within the field of psychiatry. He has also served on numerous mental health advocacy committees.

Life Outside Medicine

Dr. Munir values a well-rounded, family-centered life. He is happily married and a proud father of three, actively involved in their lives and activities. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, exploring new cuisines, and traveling with his family. A devoted cat lover, Dr. Munir also finds joy and relaxation in the company of his three beloved cats, who are very much part of the family.
