If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please call to notify us. A $50 no-show fee will apply for missed appointments without notice.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
To help us provide you with the best care, please bring the following:

All medications in their original containers, or a complete list with names, dosages, and frequency, including over-the-counter medications.

Your health insurance card, photo ID, and any additional insurance documents.

A list of any previous or current mental health providers, including their names, contact information, and the reason for visits.

A written list of your questions or concerns, with your top priorities listed first.
