Clinical Experience

Elliana “Elli” Brooks completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work with minors in Peace and Conflict Transformation and Art Therapy. She then earned her Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus in Clinical Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Elli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. She supports children with emotional regulation and behavioral concerns, as well as adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

Therapeutic Approach

Elli approaches therapy by creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build meaningful change. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals while emphasizing practical tools and emotional insight.

Her approach is goal-oriented and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Elli works alongside clients to help them better understand patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

Elli believes that while life can feel overwhelming at times, therapy can provide a space for healing, growth, support, and lasting change.
