Mary has utilized these approaches to address behavioral struggles in children, while increasing the child’s ability to identify and express emotions effectively.  Mary has significant experience working with families to address dynamics impacting relational functioning.  This includes focusing on improved communication, conflict resolution strategies, and coping with stressors or adjustments within the home environment.  Mary can also work with individuals to identify generational influences on current patterns of behavior to improve self-awareness and personal growth.  While working with children and adults, Mary is able to address negative thought patterns impeding overall functioning.
